Reservations Process
Those with pet allergies should note that dogs occupy the cottages from time to time.
Reservations and Payments:
(1) To reserve a cottage, call john @ (804) 337-7850 or email seaspraycottages@verizon.net. Once a reservation is made, we mark those dates as unavailable on the calendar.
(2) Please then immediately forward your 50% advance rental payment to us, to be received within 7 days of your making the reservation.
If you are making a reservation within 30 days of your stay, full payment is required. Personal checks or money orders are accepted.
Please make them out to Sea Spray Cottages LLC and mailed to the address that we will provide you with.
If required funds are not received within 7 days of making the reservation, your reservation will expire and we will not notify you if someone else becomes interested in the same cottage for the same period.
(3) When we receive the required funds, we will email you via Adobe EchoSign a signed confirmation/rental agreement for you to sign and immediately return electronically, the balance is due on your account (if any), at least 30 days prior to your stay (or returned immediately if within 30 days of your stay).
(4) Once the final payment and signed agreement are received, we will send you the combination for the lock-box to obtain a key for entry into the cottage upon your arrival at the beach.
Cancellation Policy: Once your reservation is confirmed by payment, you must notify us in writing if you are unable to occupy the unit. Refunds are available only if the cottage is re-rented. If we are unable to re-rent the cottage, all payments will be forfeited. Refunds will be made to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.
Guests shall not be entitled to any refund or rebate due to illness, allergies, acts of nature, unfavorable weather (unless a manditory evacuation is ordered), disruption of utility services, or any other situation occurring not under our control. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended to protect against unexpected events. Such insurance is readily available through your local travel agent or on-line.
NOW ACCEPTING 2024 RESERVATIONS:
$200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT HOLDS RESERVATION;
JANUARY 15, 2024 1/2 (LESS THE DEPOSIT) IS DUE;
BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR STAY.
